The Lyngvig Fyr lighthouse stands in the dunes of Hvide Sande on the west coast of Denmark. Built in 1906, the lighthouse is 38 metres high and shows the way to ships on the North Sea. After sunset, towards the end of the blue hour, when the last light of day is almost gone, only the silhouette of the lighthouse and the dune grass is visible against the sky.
