During my tour in Costa Rica, we were on our way to Caño Negro when we made a quick stop somewhere.
Outside, I heard rustling in the bushes and went to see where the sound was coming from.
Then suddenly these 2 iguanas appeared out of nowhere.
I was told by our guide, who was standing next to me, that they were engaged in a mating ritual.
I thought it was pretty intense, but hey, it's nature I guess.
I managed to capture the moment the male grabbed the female with his beak just in time.
