This lively, luxury hotel is located in a striking, contemporary building opposite the RAI Amsterdam convention centre. The modern look is nicely highlighted by the reworking to black and white. The four-star hotel is built between the Europa Boulevard, A10 ring road and the underground tunnel of the North/South line. The building was designed by architects Reinier de Graaf and Rem Koolhaas of firm OMA. Its highest point is 91 metres, and the building looks like three stacked triangular blocks, with the middle block rotated in relation to the other two. This makes the design reminiscent of the monumental RAI advertising column Het Signaal.
