It is low tide, leaving the mudflats (UNESCO World Heritage Site) mostly dry. The ridged bottom of mud becomes visible, as do stones lying on the bottom and the wooden posts of an old sea wall. The setting sun is just trying to shine through the cloud cover, providing soft light during this serene evening. Lovely enjoyment by the mudflats, a place to unwind with only the sound of singing waterbirds.
