About ‘Opening in the forest’ by Corinne Welp

A cart track cuts through a clearing in the forest. The light creates a layering in the image. The viewer moves from dark to light back to dark. Low to high, the horizontal branches of the beech tree try to catch the light. The full canopy acts as a shelter from the elements.

I was a multibeam data processor, so I picked up photo editing in no time. Since then, I’ve always taken my camera with me.
