Out and About with the Dog with the Long Ears by KRAB

Sometimes a little adventure starts with nothing more than a bag, a faithful dog and a whole lot of wonder. This quirky piece of art for the children’s bedroom tells a story without words. The little girl, with her big, wide-eyed gaze, seems to pause for a moment to take a good look at the world. Curious, perhaps a touch uncertain, but certainly not alone.

Beside her sits her grey dog with long, drooping ears. He’s looking up just as intently and makes for a funny, loyal companion. Together, they make the scene warm, relatable and full of imagination. The gentle, slightly mischievous look invites children to imagine for themselves where this duo has come from and where they’re going.

The polka-dot handbag adds a playful detail to the composition. Combined with the orange coat, purple accents and the warm yellow-orange background, it creates a colourful image that instantly sets the mood without being garish. The fine, visible line structures give the digital artwork an illustrative, hand-drawn feel.

Thanks to its square format, this wall decoration makes a cheerful eye-catcher above a bed, chest of drawers, desk or reading corner. An original gift for a nursery or children’s bedroom, for children who love dogs, stories and slightly quirky art. Exclusively available via Werk aan de Muur.
