The town of Paradise is a place in New Zealand that lives up to its name.
Many tourists skip this place and so you can do the route along high mountains, green hills and meadows, rugged cliffs and impressive large lakes almost all by yourself. The remote area looks like an environment from a Lord of the Rings movie. A map of the area even provides the corresponding names such as Middle Earth and Isengard. But why? Because Paradise in New Zealand is a film location of Lord of the Ring, but also, for example, of The Hobbit.
