About ‘Picturesque house on Burano’ by Awander

I love the contrast between the deep red of the restaurant's awning and the weathered pastel green of the house opposite.
Burano's colourful houses can only make you happy. From yellow to purple, pastels to bright colours, the houses are painted in all colours of the rainbow. If you want to change the colour of your house, you have to ask permission.
The small island in the lagoon from Venice has about 3,000 inhabitants and was originally a fishing island. It is also known for its lace. It even has its own lace museum.
