Petten, December 27, 2016. After my work I'm going to take pictures of the Poles Village Petten which not so long standing on the beach. The poles form the silhouette of the church and ten houses in the former Petten, which was much further west than the present coastal village and was swallowed by the sea.
The conditions to photograph are beautiful. The golden hour, some clouds but not too much and flood, so that a portion of the poles are in the water. I use a 10-stop ND filter, so I can use a slow shutter speed so that the clouds are streaks and water "freezes".
