Every day to and from my work, I drive along this tree. For a long time I wanted to photograph this, because I'm fascinated by this tree. It has something special, so alone in the landscape. Only the surroundings are not so exciting for a landscape photo, so I thought it would be good if it were foggy. One morning in June, I had the alarm clock very early, to make photos of the sunrise befor going to work. I was lucky, it was foggy. I drove past the tree and parked my car in the berm. The tree, along with the fog and the first light in the morning, make the picture for me.
I sent the photo to the NOS weather in the afternoon and at 18:00 this was seen at the beginning of the weather talk!
