The Scottish puffins on Lunga Island are a joy to watch. They come and go and sometimes they bring a beak full of fish. When we were there, they clearly had nests, as the fish were just delivered. Wonderful to see how these animals live on a relatively small moose with harsh conditions and don't care at all about people who come snooping around. As these birds are very comical, I tried to capture their character and thus their crazy traits in a photo. How they walk, fly and land. When we were on the island, it just started to rain and this puffin looks exactly how I felt: "too bad, rain again". It's Scotland, of course, and rain is the norm there but an afternoon without it would have been nice.
