A symphony of water
These are the Pyramid Falls, a wide, cascading waterfall that cascades down a steep cliff face in several powerful streams. The water is light blue to white, splashing up against the dark, wet rocks.
I was already getting quite wet at this shooting distance.
The lower parts of the waterfall fan out in the shape of a pyramid, from which the waterfall gets its name.
I found this a very impressive waterfall, because of its shape, the spread of water in a beautiful forest.
Pyramid Falls is located in Pyramid Creek Falls Provincial Park, near Blue River, in British Columbia.
