This beautiful green leaf of the Taro or Kalo plant (Colocasia esculenta or Elephant ears) has a perfect fat layer so that the fresh drops roll off very easily. It was quite tricky to be able to take a sharp macro photo of this, in the middle of the jungle. The great contrast in the green tones of this leaf is typical of tropical plants.
The colors in nature are always very refined; a painter could hardly imitate this. This is a good example of the photos I like to take: filling the screen without editing the colors. In this way I try to pay tribute to the colors of the jungle.
