This beautiful large flower, growing very slowly from a large bulb, had been in the living room for a long time. I decided to capture it with water colours. This makes the colours flow nicely into each other. The painting itself I did with a small palette knife, among other things. This gives his painting its tough and somewhat rough appearance. The painting has been photographed in such a way that the structure of the watercolour paper is still clearly visible. The original is 30 x 40 cm, but the nice thing about a print is that you can choose any size and material you want. Curious about what else I have painted? In my shop, among others, I have many different kinds of flowers and plants. From clean lines with white backgrounds to colourful yellow backgrounds or even with a golden edge. They can be found in the 'plants and flowers' and 'illustrations' folder. I used the following colours in the painting: red, pink, green, blue, black, brown and yellow.
