About the artwork

Is it an oil painting or a photograph?

It's both!
This photo of reed plumes in the morning sun has been edited in Photoshop into a real oil painting!
This gives an authentic and fun effect.

The photo was taken at Zevenhuizerplas, on a cold February morning. A little taupe colour has been added to the sides, so that the attention goes to the centre of the subject. The photo is also available in normal version, please check my Magic of Nature album for that.

If you like nature photos's, but you still want something a little different than usual, this oil painting effect really adds something to this photo. You can also always say you painted it yourself, of course! Will remain our secret.

This painting is beautiful in a dining room or dining area or a large living kitchen. You'll get the best result if you print on canvas, as that looks most natural with an oil painting. But you can also hang it in the living room or bedroom. Art is also very important in the office, so you can receive your clients in style.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
