Rotterdam seen from the Kop van Zuid towards the Kuip.
This photo was taken at a height of 125 metres during the blue hour from the World Port Center on Wilhelminakade.
The photo shows many of the iconic buildings that make Rotterdam a world city. This location is also called the "Manhattan on the Maas" because of its similarities.
Here in the photo, the Rijnhaven can largely be seen, as can the Kuip, which is also illuminated a bit further in the background.
In the foreground you can see the skyscraper the "New Orleans" and also "the Rotterdam" by architect Rem Koolhaas, which includes the NH hotel. On the far left in the background, you can also see "de Hef".
Furthermore, the new "Luxor Theater" and the "Courthouse" are clearly visible, in short: A great overview and view of the most beautiful part of Rotterdam.
The Wilhelminapier, which can just be seen on the far left of the photo, is already a well-known location for many, as this is where the big cruise ships of the "Holland Amerika lijn" depart from.
To know what this picture will look like, you can download the "Werk aan de muur App" on your mobile phone or tablet. Then, when you take a photo of the place where you want to hang this picture, my photo will be projected on your wall, as if it were really hanging there. Handy.
By using the App, you can immediately see how this asset can beautify your interior.
