The Roulettes are the aerobatic display team of the Royal Australian Air Force. They perform some 150 air shows annually in Australia and in friendly countries in the Southeast Asia region. ]
The Roulettes are part of the RAAF Central Flying School at RAAF Base East Sale, Victoria.
I took this photo on March 4, 2017 during the Avalon Airshow. The team was still flying the Pilatus PC-9A at the time. In March 2019, this type of aircraft was replaced by the Pilatus PC-21.
