The Lockheed C-130 Hercules is a medium-heavy transport aircraft from Lockheed. It is a four-engine turboprop in use by many air forces. The aircraft was designed in the mid '50s and, after the English Electric Canberra (2001) and the B-52 Stratofortress (2005), in 2006 became the third military aircraft to fly with its first customer (in this case, the U.S. Air Force) for more than 50 years. In that time, more than 40 different models have been sold to more than 50 countries.
