"Rural mood: The pattern of fluff of a Tragopogon" is a macro photo of a small piece of a Tragopogon. I chose this piece carefully, because I wanted the heart of the middle fluff to be in the same line as the heart of the Tragopogon. (And you can see the result: as you can see, the heart of the fluff ball is also in that spot in the photo!)
Because this lint ball of the Tragopogon is wood-coloured, and the background is a Moccha Mousse colour, the whole thing comes across as warm and rustic. It exudes something of tranquillity despite the lint's many lines. This is partly due to the depth of field chosen. By having only a small part in focus and gradually blurring everything behind and in front of it, it also creates a calmness because your eye is drawn to the sharp parts. If you zoom in on the photo you can see what I mean.
A simple rural photo of a small piece of nature for your wall!
