In my ongoing artistic journey, I am always looking for new ways to expand my horizons and deepen my creative expression. With a distinctive style often bathed in colour and light, I have now entered the unexplored path of shadows and twilight. My latest series of works has been a challenge to myself; an adventure in 'dark fashion'themes'that are a counterpoint to my usual vibrant palette.
'Dark mode' a term many will recognise from the digital world of mobile phones, laptops and websites, refers to a visual style in which traditionally light backgrounds are replaced by dark ones. This mode is not only soothing to the eyes, but also brings a completely different atmosphere and depth, with colours and details coming out in new ways.
This collection, is inspired by this 'dark fashion'experience. It is a series that explores the peace and mystery of the night, with each work capturing a quiet moment in which the absence of light reveals unexpected beauty. Here, the contours of the familiar become unrecognisable, and what remains is the essence of form and feeling, captured in dark tones and soft accents that whisper only softly in the dim light.
Do you ever 'wander through blooming fields at night, where the scent of flowers mingles with the fresh air? "Scent of the Night: Unseen Desire" raises the question philosophers have been asking for centuries: if there is no one to experience it, do flowers still smell? This artwork captures the mysterious aroma of nature even when human senses are asleep. The colours dance gently in the moonlight, inviting us to dream about scents as fleeting as the night itself. Experience the sensation of night flowers; their scents invisible to the eye, yet generously present in the silence of darkness.
