As an artist, I have always been fascinated by the beauty of our environment and the opportunities to capture it in unique and artistic ways. One of my most recent works is a long-shutter speed photograph of the Scheveningen Pier.

The photo was taken just after sunset on a balmy summer evening, when the sky still has a warm glow. The long shutter speed created a beautiful effect on the illuminated Ferris wheel on the pier. The movement of the camera during the shot created a sense of dynamism and fluidity in the image.
