About "Sea-going vessels in port moored off shore."

About the artwork

Sea-going vessels in port moored off the shore. The ship's hull mooring post with bollard and bumper. The scratches and damage in the paint the multiple layers are visible again. The texts and clues what is behind the hull plates. Where the tugs are not allowed to push against the hull seagoing vessel. The ships quietly moored against the mooring posts with bollards. The bright yellow mooring posts in the dark water in the harbour basin. No jetties just the bollards. The sun on the hull the last rays of the sun. The shadows lengthen.

But the artwork of the ship's hull is still clearly visible. The scratches the marks of sea voyages from port to port. The scouring along the quays. Or of her journeys through the ice. Who knows the hull has the story, raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbour is another world. The landscape of the port is always changing. The ships the people the landscape it never ceases to fascinate me. Ship Viewer_Port photography raw and honest as the port itself. Port pictures on the wall of the living room office or study.
