The great thing about macro photography is that you have lots of possibilities. Of course, you can go out and photograph flowers or animals, but there are also plenty of subjects close to home and in the garden. And even if the weather is bad, you can work indoors with countless materials. On a rainy day, I was playing a bit with skeleton leaves and various lights. This gave rise to this abstract image. It appealed to me because of the beautiful night-time colours, the lights in the background and the beautiful details of the leaf with its veins. A very special piece of art for the wall.
A few years ago I started to delve into photography a bit more and by now it can be called a passion.I photograph everything that strikes me in a positive way. Landscapes, animals and occasionally architecture or portraits.... But my preference is still nature photos, especially macro.. Read more…
