A theater was once added to the city. Not just it's appearance but its function was modern. To a small town made of picturesque mosques and round tiled houses was added an alien cuboidal structure hosting activities unseen before.
Many years passed and the city developing around the new building started resembling it while the old town was soon entirely outgrown. The theater itself grew smaller, surrounded by larger and barer structures. The once new building became old and stopped being modern. Through the eyes of the market, it turned into an enormous waste of precious space.
Out of nowhere a star architect entered the scene. He designed another theater, a smarter one, denser and higher, funnier looking than the boring old one.
The new theater, is now gradually starting to cast its shadow on the cleared site. It wont be alone for very long though, in the once wasted space it cleared, large skyscrapers will be build, that will soon cast their shadows over it.
