About the artwork

There’s something calming about wide open space. This photo stretches out across a quiet Dutch landscape, where a single figure and a small dog walk the top of a grassy dike. The clouds are scattered in a big sky that seems to go on forever, adding a real sense of scale. On the right, a narrow canal cuts through the land, its surface reflecting just a touch of the light above. It’s all very still, with just enough movement in the grass and water to keep things from feeling frozen. The black and white tones help pull focus to the lines — the horizon, the dike, the winding canal — and the distance between the figure and the land around her. There’s no rush here, just a steady rhythm and a big sky to walk under. It feels both grounded and open, like the kind of scene that invites you to breathe a little deeper.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
