The cathedral glows faintly against the stormy sky, its details sharp in the artificial light while everything around it softens into shadow. You can feel the space in this shot — the wide stone plaza, the tall tower, the heavy clouds — it all creates a sense of stillness, even as a few people move through the frame. The textures here do a lot of the talking: the rough stone paving, the crisp façade, the smooth gradient of the evening sky. The man walking in from the left, his shadow stretching behind him, adds a bit of human weight to the scene. It’s a calm moment, but not empty. The light gives the place a quiet strength. You don’t need much to tell a story here — just one church, a few people, and the kind of light that makes you pause for a second longer than usual.
