"Square with a round fluffy bulb of a Tragopogon (Morning Star)" is a picture of a beautiful fluffy bulb of a Tragopogon. This plant is also called morning star in the Netherlands. This plant resembles a dandelion, they are also related to each other (Composite family). When the flower has finished flowering, it turns into a fluffy bulb. In the heart are the seeds and attached to these seeds are stalks on the other side of which are the fluffy seeds. This way, the wind can carry the seeds to disperse them.
On this ball of fluff are very small water droplets, barely visible to the naked eye, but if you zoom in on the work, you can see them clearly! You can then also see that I chose a relatively shallow depth of field. This creates a sense of depth in the work, and gives t work a more dreamy atmosphere. The background is light blue with some grey in it.
This work could be beautifully hung as wall decoration (on e.g. aluminium or artframe) in the waiting room, bedroom, hallway or of course just above the couch!
