Stein auf Stein 2 is a work that expresses balance, calm and inner strength in minimalist imagery. Three floating, abstract stone forms lie on top of each other, seemingly heavy and yet light, as if they were floating in space. The soft transitions and the subtle spray effect lend the picture a meditative depth and are reminiscent of the contemplative practice of building stone towers. The reduction to dark, earthy blue tones creates clarity and concentration, while at the same time creating a feeling of expanse and lightness. This work addresses themes such as mindfulness, harmony, closeness to nature and stability. It is suitable as a calm eye-catcher in modern living spaces as well as for practice and work environments, where it radiates serenity and inner centring. Stone on Stone 2 is a contemporary interpretation of the ancient symbolism of stones - an expression of strength, endurance and spiritual balance.
