About the artwork

This atmospheric photo captures the power and wildness of the North Sea near Domburg on a stormy November day. Dark clouds pile up in the sky, while wind and rain whip up the waves and create a dramatic scene. The movement of the water is particularly impressive in the shot: rushing waves hit a wooden groyne while the spray sprays upwards incessantly. The shot conveys the untamed energy of the sea and the challenge of capturing such moments photographically. Rain and wind made working behind the camera a test of patience, as water splashes kept getting onto the lens and it had to be constantly cleaned. It is precisely these adverse conditions that give the picture its special intensity and authenticity. It shows nature not from its gentle side, but from its raw, untamed side - a fascinating motif for lovers of landscape and marine photography.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
