This image shows a macro shot of a net-like weave with a fine, regular structure. The image focuses on the interplay of light and material: targeted lighting creates shadows and highlights that emphasise the texture of the fabric and give it an almost three-dimensional effect. The idea for this picture arose from the desire to detach functional materials from their original context and stage them as graphic elements. I was particularly interested in how perspective and light could be used to create an abstract, almost sculptural impression. The colour scheme is subtle and neutral, which supports the focus on form and structure.
With this work, I want to create an atmosphere of clarity and reduction. It is about seeing in detail, about recognising order in the everyday. The photograph invites the viewer to engage with lines, surfaces and gradients of light.
In interior design, this image is particularly suitable for modern, minimalist rooms. It brings a calm, structuring presence - ideal for workspaces, corridors or creative environments where visual clarity is required.
