Originally built in the 18th century, it was remodelled several times and served as an event venue and artists' residence, among other things. This combination of architecture, public space and cultural use was the starting point for this picture.
I wanted to create an atmosphere that shows everyday life in a historical context - a place where history cannot be experienced in isolation, but embedded in contemporary city life. The picture conveys a feeling of openness, community and cultural continuity.
In an interior setting, this work brings a lively yet balanced atmosphere to the room. It is particularly suitable for rooms that want to visualise a connection between nature, history and urban life.
