The Devil's Rock in Takgil, an imaginative rock formation where you feel like you're in a scene from The Lords of The Ring LOTR. It rained during the day so we went to the Devil's Rock in the evening to end the day In the evening hours, it clears up a little bit. Better said, the clouds are wrung out a little less harshly. A light drizzle remains, but that doesn't stop us from leaving our warm hut for a while, and looking for the Djöflarokk, or Devil's Rock. It is the only landmark I found when I searched for Þakgil on the internet. I couldn't find a name of the rock point anywhere, but Djöflarokk seemed like a nice name. Djöflarokk is actually in an obvious spot. At the same time as us, more visitors arrived in the valley this afternoon. No more than half an hour after arriving, they had already left, but not before walking into a gorge. In that gorge, we now found Djöflarokk.
