The Terracotta army is the name for the archaeological find of about 8000 terracotta figures that were given as grave goods to the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huangdi. The 'army' is located between Mount Li and modern-day Xi'an. These remains at the tomb of Emperor Qin Shi Huangdi (259 B.C.-210 B.C.) belong to the UNESCO world heritage.
