Three hours – that's how long I wandered around in a butterfly garden during a trip to France. Inside, it was pleasantly warm, perfect for someone like me who usually feels cold. My camera hung loosely in my hand, and in my pocket, the macro lenses were ready.
Butterflies fluttered everywhere, a beautiful yet challenging chaos to capture. I made it my goal to photograph every butterfly – an ambitious plan, but why not? This one is one of my personal favorites. The white butterfly, the subtle interplay with the flowers, and the beautiful contrast with the dark background make the image complete for me.
