The Kop van Zuid continues to develop, and so another up-to-date photo was needed after the Seattle and Boston residential towers [ in between New Orleans and De Rotterdam ] were completed. So immediately opened the shutter for 96.6 seconds after sunset during the blue hour, which always produces fine reflections in the Rijnhaven.…
