About ‘The blue hour in Arles’ by Werner Lerooy

A beautiful but cold evening on the Rhône river in Arles. The sky shows only blue and a hint of pink. The streets along the quay are deserted. I still wait for something to pass by to get a nice red stripe, the so-called light trails, formed by the lights of passing cars.
