This wooden bridge connects an islet (Yobeh village) to the mainland. Photo taken during sunset. Lake Sentani is a tropical, shallow, low-lying open lake on the northeastern edge of Jayapura regency in Indonesia's Papua province, about 20 kilometres from the provincial capital Jayapura City. It lies just south of the town of Sentani. The lake, considered the home of rainbows by locals, is part of the Cyclops Strict Nature Reserve and is home to several endemic fish species.
