About "The lady in the moon"

About the artwork

The lady in the moon has her eyes closed, she is sleeping, which is a really special sight. Somehow that doesn't look logical, since the moon really does give light after all. So then you would expect that the lady in the moon is therefore also awake, since normally the moon is really at rest and sleeping during the day anyway. Today not the lady sleeps 'at night, the colours of her surroundings are so colourful that you just know she is dreaming about something beautiful, something beautiful in a colourful world, her own special world. The roots seem to make their way, past the beautiful flower of the rhododendron, to perhaps a very own dreamy world too. What the lady's dream is about, of course, is a logical question and one that can only be answered by you. The colours of this surrealist work are red, yellow, orange, purple and black.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
