A tree, an ordinary tree, but this tree is in Iceland. It's no ordinary tree either, but a Rowan tree. In Norse Mythology, the Rowan is the tree from which the first woman was created. The wood of the Rowan was also the prescribed wood in which Runes were carved. This tree has withstood Iceland's harsh climate since 1928.
