About the artwork
Bamboo is the name for a number of plant species in a genus group (tribus) of the grasses (Gramineae, Poaceae).[1] This tribus Bambuseae belongs to the supertribus Bambusodae and the subfamily Bambusoideae. The name bamboo comes from Malay and is known in almost all Western languages (as bambu, bamboo, etc.). Source Wikipedia.
The green of a Bamboo plant gives a wonderful calming (zen) feeling. But also the stems of this plant are very decorative. Especially if you can photograph a group together. That's what you see in this picture. A nice rhythmic whole of yellow/green stems with beautiful accents. In this picture I have focused on 1 stem and the other stems are less sharp or blurred in the background. This has created a fascinating image.
The photo fits well in an Oriental/Asian interior, but also provides a natural atmosphere. But as wallpaper or garden poster, this subject is certainly suitable.
