About the artwork
This is Lusi, a young black alley cat from the Algarve, Portugal. I met her while wandering the streets of Alvor looking for pretty pictures. A little shy at first but later increasingly brave, she allowed me to photograph her. A bag of kibble helped ;-). She climbed this amazing blue, turquoise staircase with yellow, red and white fish painted on it. Her yellow eyes were a nice contrast to her black fur, and match the yellow fish well. I think she is a cool cat. What was she looking at? Other cats from the street who were after her loot?
On her guard because life is tough for a street cat.
