About ‘Tulips Blue focus’ by Marije Elizabeth

Still life, made in my studio with daylight. These special tulips were sent to me directly from the auction and a special variety; Double Bubble.
The vase I bought from a thrift shop, I am always looking for the most beautiful vintage ones to combine with my floral art.
It a beautiful large Boch Delft vase.
A photo that does not show everything, but in which many details of this tulip come to the fore, note for example the sheen visible on the delicate petals.
The country table the vase is placed on gives this photo just enough warmth, a nice contrast to the cool blue tones of the vase and flowers.
The processing I applied makes you want to touch, want to feel the photo. It looks picturesque.
This photo looks at its best on a large-format matte print; the shine, veins and lines of the tulips are then clearly visible, they are truly beautiful. A special piece of art for your wall.

Nowadays, I have my own greenhouse and a piece of land, where I grow my own flowers and photograph them in vintage treasures I find at markets, thrift shops and online. I love vintage with a touch of classic and anything to do with nature.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
