Turntables spinning Vinyl LPs in a record store. Black and white edit for an added vintage feel and high contrast to the photo.
When I visit a foreign city, I make a point of stopping by a record store and doing some crate digging for local music.
That is, in my opinion, the best souvenir.
This one was taken in Munich, Germany, where the listening deck was placed right in the shop window, allowing for plenty of natural light.
I listened to jazz, rock, pop, blues, disco, funk, hip hop, and electronic music for several hours. Searching is part of the fun and experience of buying a record and building a collection for any vinyl lover.
If it's been used, verify the cover and disc condition before dropping the needle to check for scratches.
Most record stores have a welcoming atmosphere, with a good mix of audiophiles, nostalgic analog music fans, and hipsters.
