The Boeing AH-64 Apache is a US combat helicopter with a tandem cockpit for a crew of two. Nose-mounted sensors help find targets and provide night vision. The helicopter has a 30 mm M230 gun mounted under the fuselage and four hardpoints on two small wings on the side for armaments such as Hellfirer missiles and missile pods. The aircraft is further equipped with armour that should help it continue flying after sustaining combat damage.
