About ‘Urbex: Barracks’ by Carola Schellekens
Urbex: Separate stairs with bars in an abandoned army barracks.
The building was built at the beginning of the 19th century and is empty from 1994. The stairs with the bars were very beautiful. In a small building on the grounds are 11 prison cells. In the meantime the renovation to apartments has started.

I photograph all kinds of things, but my greatest passion is photographing flowers and insects up close. It's called macro photography. I can really enjoy it and find it wonderfully relaxing enough to photograph the, often small, insects and flowers in the best possible way.
