Rain and howling wind on the Euromast, Rotterdam. I almost didn't make it to the top, on the stairs - but with this kind of weather, you often make the best pictures - despite the over-familiar view. 30-second exposure, the speed of the clouds is easy to see - Rotterdam looks beautiful tonight.
