About the artwork

This photo of Plaza de España in Seville shows how architecture and perspective combine to create an almost picturesque image. Photographed from one of the covered galleries, the square is framed by a series of elegant arches and pillars. The terracotta tiles with blue details lead the eye outwards, towards the iconic tower and the fountain that gently spouts in the centre of the square. Early evening light gives the stones a warm glow, adding depth to the rich colours of the brick, ceramic decorations and surrounding nature.

Plaza de España is one of Seville's most famous landmarks, built for the 1929 Ibero-American exhibition. It combines Renaissance and neo-mudejar styles and is decorated with azulejos representing the provinces of Spain. Just that interplay of tradition and grandeur is evident in this picture.

What makes this work special is the way the square is captured not from the front but through the arches. It gives the viewer the feeling of standing in the gallery himself and taking a look at this impressive square. The picture exudes tranquillity, symmetry and a touch of romance - perfect for lovers of Spain, travel and architecture.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
