It is high tide . The water is high at la Pointe du Château (à Plougrescant). The granite rocks on the Breton coast are whimsically shaped. They color well with the water, which has blue and green tones. The rocks in the foreground lead your attention into the image, past the orange-tinted rock formations in the Côtes-d'Armor. The water was intentionally softened by using an ND filter. This brought the shutter speed of the photo to fifteen seconds, and even more attention goes to the whimsicality of the rocks.
