Watercolour image of the Basilica of Hulst, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. This basilica is dedicated to the missionary Willibrordus. A first Romanesque church building was erected around 1200, which was replaced by a Gothic-style church in the first half of the 15th century. From 1462, the church was rebuilt to its present form. The church was elevated to Basilica in 1935.
