About the artwork

A simple wooden mountain barn takes centre stage in this serene winter landscape in Austria, tucked into an open white plain and surrounded by a row of stately, row-covered firs. The low winter light falls softly across the snow-covered terrain, giving the wood of the barn a warm, almost golden glow. The combination of that warm light and the cool tones of ice and snow creates an enchanting contrast that instantly radiates tranquillity.

The tall spruces form a protective wall behind the barn, as if to shield the small building from the cold and silence of the season. Their frost-shrouded branches glisten subtly in the morning light. The tracks in the snow betray that this landscape is alive, but the atmosphere remains calm, almost timeless.

The light mist hanging between the trees softens the background and gives the scene a dreamy, picturesque quality. It is a place that invites you to stop for a moment, take a deep breath and enjoy pure simplicity: a cabin, a field, a row of winter trees - that is all this winter scene needs to speak. There is a lot of skiing next to the hut, so you don't get the time to take it all in. But when you do, the world is so beautiful!

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
